About DBX Technology

Family-Run, Based In Shenzhen

A small manufacturer that spent years making pet products for other people's brands — and decided in 2026 to start making them under our own name, for our own customers.

Our story

We were the factory you never saw How We Got Here

Shenzhen DBX Technology is a family-run workshop. For years our job was to stay invisible: a brand sent us a design, we cut the fabric, stitched it, checked it and packed it with that brand's label on the front.

That work taught us the part of this industry most buyers never see — which seams fail first, which hardware rusts, which "waterproof" fabric isn't. In 2026 we decided to stop being invisible. Same workshop, same hands, but now we deal with the people who actually sell these products to dog owners.

We're a small team. That's not a limitation we're apologising for — it's the reason you can still reach the person making your order. — Shenzhen DBX Technology
The short version

Where we've been, and where we're going Our Timeline

The start

A family workshop

We began as a small family operation in Shenzhen doing sewing work for pet product brands. Few customers, long relationships, no marketing.

Behind the scenes

Producing for other labels

Years of OEM production: car seat covers, harnesses, leashes, bags. The brands took the credit; we took the lessons about what survives real use.

2026

Stepping out from behind the curtain

We launched our own line — the dog car hammock and the hands-free bungee leash — and opened direct orders to brands, distributors and independent sellers.

Next

Growing the range with our customers

New items will come from what buyers actually ask for, not from a catalogue we copied. If there's something you'd want made, that's a useful conversation to have.

How we work

Four things we won't trade away What We Care About

Straight answers

If we can't make something, or can't hit your date, we say so before you've paid a deposit.

Small-batch friendly

We'd rather run a 100-piece order properly than chase volume we can't look after.

Detail over decoration

Double-stitched stress points and decent hardware matter more than a nice product photo.

No ghosting

Every enquiry gets an answer. If we go quiet on you, it's because we've told you we're waiting on something.

Inside the workshop

What we actually do in-house Capability

Cutting, stitching, hardware assembly, packing and inspection all happen with us. Printing, dyeing and label weaving are done by long-term partners we've worked with for years — and we inspect their output as closely as our own.
